I am keen on contributing to the society and need support to achieve this goal successfully. You will support me with personal care by prompting and reminding me to complete my hygiene routines. I will also need support with maintaining a habitable home and help with cleaning, vacuuming, clearing rubbish and doing laundry. I also need support with accessing the community because I can have low mood and then do not wish to leave home. You would motivate me to go out and help me to find enthusiasm to visit the community as well as support me with shopping and making new friends. Summary terms and conditions: · The rate of pay for this position is £12.38 per hour · Hours and times of work: 4 hours per week, provided as two sessions. Exact days and times advised in advance. · The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks. · This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH and Anxiety.
