Discover the best of both worlds. As the UK industry leader, we offer job security and career development – with the family feel, rewards, and recognition of our friendly warehouse team in Warrington. We take pride in looking after our people. So, as well as plenty of perks, a generous salary, realistic bonuses, and other financial rewards, you’ll enjoy the training and support to go far.
We supply great food to hospitals, schools, and some of the best-known restaurants and pubs. Your role will mainly involve replenishing goods and putting stock away to enable the team to pick customer orders. In line with operational demands, you will also support the wider warehouse team and pick stock when needed. It starts with a full induction. But with our backing and optional accredited training, including first aid and HGV driving, there’s no limit to your potential. Almost 90% of our managers started here as Warehouse Operatives. So, once you’re in, there are plenty of opportunities to move shifts, roles, and up the career ladder.
To join us, you’ll have experience of using a Fork Lift Truck – we accept in-house or external licenses, and we will provide training. You'll also need an eye for detail, the ability to read and understand English, and be comfortable working in a cool environment (we’ll provide a thermal uniform). You should be physically fit, able to lift weights of up to 25kg, and able to commute to the site. In return, you’ll enjoy job stability and benefits such as:
* Generous annual leave with the option to buy more
* Heavily discounted quality food, hotels, and restaurants
* Reward and recognition schemes
* Free food days, family days, and summer BBQs
* Charitable events to get involved with
* On-site dining and break areas
* A health and wellbeing programme
People will always need to eat. So, we’ll always need to deliver food.
Join our valuable warehouse team and see how far you could go with us.
