A well-regarded SEMH secondary school in Enfield is looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in supporting KS3 and KS4 students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for someone confident in behaviour support and passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people.
We’re looking for someone who:
-Has experience working in SEMH or behavioural support settings
-Brings strong communication and classroom management skills
-Is proactive, consistent, and passionate about inclusion
