London (with hybrid working and travel between sites in London)
The Organisation
Our client helps hospitals do more through grants, arts, volunteering, and fundraising.
They are now looking for an Impact & Evaluation Manager to join them on a permanent, part-time basis, working 21 hours per week.

The Role
As the Impact & Evaluation Manager, you will take the lead on measuring the impact, evaluation and reporting of our client’s work.
Specifically, you’ll provide guidance and support across the organisation, helping colleagues monitor and evaluate their work to ensure they can demonstrate that they are delivering against their objectives.
Supporting senior leadership, you’ll ensure the right tools and strategies are in place to track performance against objectives and inspire data-driven learning across the organisation.
Additionally, you will:
- Co-create measurement frameworks
- Source meaningful data to evidence impact
- Analyse and communicate findings using dashboards and data visualisation tools
- Support the fundraising and communications teams with evaluation content and reporting
- Assist in tracking and evaluating community support and people-related projects
- Present impact findings to internal and external stakeholders
About You
To be considered as an Impact & Evaluation Manager, you will need:
- Experience of evaluating impact in the health or charitable funding sector
- Experience of providing evaluation and impact advice and supporting those conducting evaluations and impact measurement
- Demonstrable academic understanding of quantitative and qualitative measures
- Confidence in analysing and interpreting data
- Excellent numerical, statistical and analytical skills
