35 hours per week - Hybrid (1 day in the office, 4 working from home)
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our well-established client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organised individual to join its operations team in a coordination role focused on standards, assurance, and process support. As a Professional Standards Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining consistency across internal frameworks, supporting quality-focused activities, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage document control and storage systems
* Coordinate updates to key documentation, ensuring consistency
* Track and monitor contractual details, supporting timely renewals and updates & revisions
* Initial contact for complex requests related to accessibility and adjustments
* Arrange and minute internal and external meetings, tracking actions
* Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, drawing insight from data trends and supporting improvements in service delivery
* Analysing and presenting data
What you'll bring:
* Educated to A-level standard or with relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations
* Confident working with data & producing reports
* Strong Administration skills & competent Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to your work
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience working in regulated or standards-led environments would be beneficial, but not essential
* Comfortable working with dispersed teams and building stakeholder relationships

* £24,000 – £25,000 per annum (DOE) + discretionary annual bonus
