Residential Conveyancer – Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a respected and expanding property team in Newquay. Due to increasing demand, this forward-thinking law firm has created a new role within its conveyancing department, offering career development and long-term progression.
The firm welcomes applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives or experienced conveyancing professionals without formal qualification, provided you have a solid background in handling residential property matters.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and related matters
* Deliver high standards of client service and maintain clear communication throughout each transaction
* Collaborate with colleagues across the wider property team and liaise with estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate file management
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 6 months+)
* Ability to run files independently or with light supervision (support available for junior lawyers)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer – or an experienced conveyancer with equivalent expertise
