As part of a collaborative and supportive wider HR team, you’ll act as a trusted adviser across a range of generalist HR matters. This role offers real scope for development and progression as the business continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people-related matters. Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and offboarding. Partner with line managers to resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach in line with policy and best practice. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support business growth and cultural development. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Assist in the continuous improvement of HR processes and contribute to the development of HR best practices. About You Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or growth-focused environment. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business. Proactive, solution-focused, and adaptable to change.
