Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Evesham, Worcestershire for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, managing the diversified sales team, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include driving implementation and delivery of sales strategies, monitoring sales performance, conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
* Strong Customer Service skills and experience in sales team management across a diversified network
* Expertise in Business Development and identifying new market opportunities
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
* Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
* Industry or sector based experience desirable but not mandatory. Broad experience of selling into infrastructure desirable.
