Core Responsibilities - Lead Sales and Operations Execution within EMEA region, focusing on the tactical execution of sales and operations plans, to ensure optimal operational follow-through and real-time decision making to meet short term goals and adapt to immediate needs. - Work to drive a strong collaborative relationship between Supply Chain and local business units. - Drive all matters relating to short-term flow of goods and regional order management across both B2B and D2C channels. - Provide an integral link between the Supply Chain Operations and the Business Units (BUs) with regards to the Demand Management impact of the BUs' and LEGO Retail Short Term Demand plans. - Provide a consolidated perspective on drivers of material changes within the forecast at the top line level or on selected items. - Provide visibility on the impact the demand signal is having on In-Stock and Excess Inventory. - Supporting the understanding of the Demand changes behind an approximately 29 billion DKK Gross Revenue business in EMEA including LEGO Retail. Play your part in our team succeeding An integral role in ensuring we have the right insight to take tangible actions to improve availability while minimising waste across our EMEA region including LEGO Retail. Through your demand management activities, you will build a trusted network within Markets & Channels, Global Commercial Operations and Supply Chain colleagues that you can leverage to drive continuously improved Supply Chain metrics. Managing a variety of stakeholders and building strong relationships will be key to success in this role. We're also looking for someone passionate about continuous improvement and making change, there's a strong emphasis of succeeding together in this particularly collaborative Demand Management team. Do you have what it takes - Minimum a handful of years of Operations experience in a combination of Demand Planning, Demand Management or Order Management. Understanding of Supply Planning/ S&OP is advantageous. - Experience including regional order management or leading a customer operations team is desirable. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of driving cross-functional continuous improvement. - Demonstrable influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Be able to assimilate multiple data inputs and build a cohesive and actionable summary. - Have experience of collaborating with people across multiple locations and geographies, and different seniority levels. - Demonstrated experience of building relationships and having challenging conversations. - Excellent analytical skills with a high level of competency in Excel, SAP and Power BI.
