The role
An experienced Sales & Partnerships Administrator to work closely with the sales team in Southeast Asia who will be responsible for providing seamless administrative support with sales activities, collection, and document administration (proposals, contracts and renewals, milestones and acceptance documents, quotation and invoicing, CRM, etc).
What you will do
* Provide support to the needs of sales, pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams
* Assist with workflows of Business Development Managers and Account Managers
* Work cross-functionally to complete deal management
* Support on CRM duties (capturing opportunities and leads/customer contacts into CRM) and sales forecast reporting
* Support sales processing (create and submit sales documents such as Quotations & Invoices, follow up on Purchase Order issuance, manage financial milestones and payments, coordinate with customers and our sales/finance departments to collect and follow up on outstanding payments)
* Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customers and prospect information
* Assist in collecting contracts, SOW, and other important documents, and organizing/filing these documents. Work closely with the Sales, Partnerships, and Presales team on the reseller/partner Order Form, and NDA, and work on the Deal Registration Process
* Support License Renewal process with renewal Quotations and Purchase Orders and generation of Software License Keys
* Support the sales team with other administrative tasks such as scheduling customer appointments following up on sales calls, and coordinating meetings and office communications
* Support customer success tracking and survey activities
* Work closely with the partnership team and support the onboarding of new partners
* Support the partnership team to prepare quotations and POs and work closely with finance to follow up on the invoice payment

Requirements
What we're looking for
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in finance and sales administration
* Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
* Experience with Microsoft Technology and Software (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, MS Teams, CRM/Microsoft Dynamics 365)
* Understanding and relevant experience of the financial services marketplace
* Excellent customer service and customer focus
* Strength in multi-tasking skills
* Fluent in verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese an advantage
