Pub Lead / Supervisor
20–40 hours weekly – minimum 4 days a week
We're looking for a confident and experienced Pub Lead to help oversee the day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example and being at the heart of a busy pub.
What you'll do:
* Support management in the smooth running of the pub
* Lead shifts, supervising bar and floor staff
* Ensure great customer service at all times
* Assist with stock control, cellar management, rotas, and social media
* Open & close the pub, cash-up at the end of day
* Train and motivate team members
* Contribute ideas and expertise to improve systems, plan events, and support the Landlords in the pub's ongoing development
What we're looking for:
* Previous supervisory experience in hospitality
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, reliable, and proactive

Requirements:
* Ability to travel independently to the pub
* Minimum 1 year's experience in bar/restaurant work
* Basic computer proficiency
* Confidence with problem-solving, communication, and conflict management
* A positive, can-do attitude
Preferential skills (not essential):
* Knowledge of cellar management
* Experience leading a team
* Social media management
* Event planning experience
