A well-established 11–18 secondary school in Worcester is seeking an experienced and confident Senior School Administrator to join its central office team from January 2026 .
This is a key operational role within a large, well-organised school where administration underpins everything from safeguarding and attendance to curriculum delivery and parental communication.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders and pastoral teams, you will support the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Responsibilities include:
* Managing and maintaining accurate student records using the school’s MIS
* Supporting attendance, behaviour and safeguarding administration
* Preparing letters, reports and documentation for parents and staff
* Coordinating meetings, cover information and internal communications
* Acting as a senior point of contact within the office team
