Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards.

We are looking for a Junior Sous/Chef de Partie to support Max our head chef who we have worked with for the last two years and who understands our concept and style of food as well as the rest of the team obviously! Someone who is keen to get stuck into anything and work well in a small family style team.
