Role: Head of FP&A

Salary: £120,000–£180,000
A global technology group with revenues of €1.5BN+ and operations spanning over 80 subsidiaries is seeking a strategically-minded Head of Finance to lead the transformation of its FP&A function.
Following a recent refinancing, the business is entering a period of significant professionalisation. The business is looking for a commercially sharp, internationally experienced finance leader to drive forward the FP&A agenda and spearhead change across reporting, systems, and decision support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a 40-person FP&A team within a broader 320-strong finance organisation.
Reorganise the team structure to better align with business units and international operations.
Improve forecast accuracy, data reliability, and overall quality of financial analysis.
Shorten month-end close timelines and enhance reporting cadence across regions.
Integrate the use of a new ERP, overcoming internal resistance and embedding it across processes.
Deliver impactful dashboards and KPI frameworks that drive performance insight.
Partner closely with the CFO on strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO readiness.
Develop finance capabilities across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a shift in mindset toward proactive, business-led finance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience leading FP&A and finance transformation in complex, international businesses.
Strong background in systems, process optimisation, and data-driven decision support.
Experience in tech, telecoms, infrastructure or similar sectors with high data complexity.
Prior experience in pre-IPO or public company environments preferred.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across geographies and functions.
Willingness to travel between Europe and London.
