Your newpanyYou will be working at HM Prison Hewell Grange for a facilities management and maintenancepany. Thispany ensures that all maintenance projects throughout the prison arepleted to a high standard.
This role will include:
1. Dealing with all aspects of responsive maintenance.
2. Carry out works to high quality standards as per client specification.
3. Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by management to ensure the efficient running of the business.
4. This is a full-time post, working 39 hours per week.
5. Carrying out work according to thepanies policies and procedures.
6. Tools and equipment all provided for.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Working knowledge of current Health and Safety Legislation.
8. Excellentmunication skills.
9. Ability to demonstrate good team ethos.
10. Full driving licence.
11. CSR card.
What you'll get in returnYou will be paid apetitive rate, plus any overtime rates if you work weekends. This will be paid on a weekly basis. If your successful in the role there may be opportunities to continue with this role either in the same or a different establishment.
