What the Job Involves The Special Projects Lawyer (Prosecutions) role focuses on supporting the Senior Prosecutions Lawyer in delivering a high-quality, cost-effective Prosecutions Service for the Council. You will provide legal advice and advocacy, represent the Council in various legal settings, and stay updated on new legislation impacting the Council. Additionally, you will liaise with external organizations, develop professional relationships with client departments, and ensure compliance with relevant council policies while promoting good race and community relations.
