Your Clients will expect superior bespoke Insurance programmes and the best possible risk management advice. You will be dealing with CEOs and CFOs who want a close working relationship with their Insurance Expert.
You will be responsible for the revenues of these clients, and their interests will be at the heart of your business approach.
Often, these clients will be household names or have multinational operations, requiring you to operate at a high level of credibility.
Due to the complexity of their insurance requirements, you will focus on a select number of key accounts.
As an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:
1. Understanding the clients' business and their risk management needs to provide first-class insurance solutions.
2. Ensuring insurance solutions are appropriately priced to meet client needs and ensure profitable business.
3. Leading and delivering end-to-end ongoing client service.
4. Proactively developing client relationships to ensure excellent retention rates.
5. Managing KPIs/SLAs to meet targets.
To be a successful Account Executive, you will demonstrate:
1. Excellent commercial insurance knowledge across all classes of business.
2. First-class communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Integrity, credibility, and presence at senior levels.
You will focus on your client's needs and be responsive, including visiting clients when virtual meetings are not appropriate. You will also be able to work from home but may choose to visit the office to stay connected with your team.
