We’re recruiting for a Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our Investment Reporting team.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing monthly reporting processes and ensuring smooth delivery across the team
* Leading technical analysis, interrogating results and explaining key movements
* Developing and maintaining models and processes using R, Alteryx and Excel
* Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
* Communicating results and changes clearly to stakeholders through sign-off and governance processes
* Planning and prioritising activities to meet deadlines and support future developments
* Embedding robust risk and control practices and ensuring compliance with standards
* Sharing knowledge and coaching newer team members to build capability
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Part Qualified Actuary with a strong academic background (2:1 degree or higher)
* Experience in IFRS and Solvency II reporting within life insurance or asset management
* Strong financial modelling skills and familiarity with coding principles (R or similar)
* Ability to analyse complex data and propose innovative solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively
* Proactive approach to process improvement and risk management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team development
