Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum + performance bonus

Requirements
* Proven experience operating as a Regional Manager / Operations Manager/ Area Director level.
* Strong background in elderly nursing and dementia care homes.
* Commercially savvy with previous exposure to P&L oversight.
* Collaborative and driven leadership style with an emphasis on support and coaching.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Director to join a stable, well invested business operating across the UK. The Operations Director will oversee a small portfolio of care homes across the North West, focusing on providing elderly nursing, nursing dementia and residential care.
The successful candidate will join a business that promotes autonomy and quality care for their residents. The role includes regular travel, which requires a hands-on individual that is comfortable visiting their homes and working alongside their managers to bring about change and continuous improvement.
