3. Oversee financial reporting and forecasting activities to support decision-making.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, maintain, and refine financial models.
5. Proactively identify and report on financial trends and opportunities for improvement.
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
7. Provide leadership to finance team members, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Support the development of company-wide financial strategy and KPIs.
10. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Reporting Accountant should have:
11. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
12. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
13. An individual who wants to progress/develop.
14. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
