Are you a reliable and responsible individual ready to ensure the safety and security of our hotel and its guests during the overnight shift? We're looking for a dedicated Night Porter to join our team.
What You'll Do:
* Welcome Night Owls: Check guests in and out during overnight hours, providing a warm and professional service.
* Ensure Safety: Monitor the hotel and its surroundings for potential security issues, keeping our guests safe.
* Respond with Care: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction.
* Support Housekeeping: Assist with housekeeping duties as needed, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
* Early Morning Prep: Set up breakfast and/or coffee service for early morning guests, starting their day off right.
* Handle Admin Tasks: Complete various administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping, ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Familiarity with hotel software and computer systems
