### Proactive management and maintenance of calendars and meetings ### Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls ### Coordinate travel arrangements, understanding executive's travel preferences and needs, and using initiative in managing itinerary times and costings, obtain necessary approvals. Arrangement of visas where required.
