The purpose of the role is to lead the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) function across all UK and international sites, ensuring full compliance and the implementation of best‑practice processes and procedures. In this role, you’ll advise the Senior Management Team and guide the organisation by maintaining a strong HSE framework. You’ll champion a positive safety culture across every area of the business, providing the policies, procedures, training and audits needed to support safe and responsible operations. Requirements: Knowledge and understanding of ISO14001/45001 Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relevant to production / manufacturing environment Understanding of production of yachts or other similar large products with long buildtimes, preferable Experience: Experience of performing an HSE management or partnering role within production / manufacturing industry, preferably marine Leading management teams on HSE compliance and best practices.
