Are you an experienced CNC Bending Operator looking for a new opportunity in a well-established manufacturing company?
Our client, a leading international manufacturer based in Rhondda, is seeking a skilled CNC Bending Operator/Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and program CNC bending machines to produce high-quality components.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Use precision measuring tools including verniers, callipers, and micrometres.
* Work with a range of metals including stainless steel and aluminium.
* Perform machine maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
* Remove and clean finished parts to prepare for production.
* Conduct quality control checks on all produced parts.
* Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
* Meet production deadlines and targets consistently.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in CNC bending or a machine shop environment.
* Must have experience of using BLME-Turn CNC tube bending machine
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of a high standard.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
