Key Responsibilities:
* Manage your own caseload of pre-action and litigated cases, delivering excellent client service.
* Assist senior team members on complex, high-severity claims.
* Handle client interviews, prepare witness statements, and draft legal documents.
* Support clients throughout their case, including advising on funding options and managing costs.
* Comply with all litigation protocols and maintain case files according to firm standards.
* Participate in marketing, business development, and professional development activities.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified as a solicitor or FCILEx, with experience in claimant clinical negligence.
* Strong IT skills and adaptability to new systems.
* Knowledge of business development and social media as tools for growth.
* A collaborative approach, with a focus on client care and achieving excellent results.
Additional Information:
* Full-time hours (9am-5:15pm, Monday to Friday) with part-time options considered.
* Hybrid working available after successful probation.
