Onboarding & Training Operations Coordinator
FTE - 25-30 hours per week
Length - 12 months
Location - 2 days onsite per week.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on making things run seamlessly. If you’re ultra‑organised, detail‑driven, and energised by structure, this role will feel like home. You’ll keep onboarding, training, calendars, and content tight, polished, and consistently on track.
You’re a natural project manager — someone who plans ahead, spots issues early, keeps people aligned, and makes complex processes feel simple. You’re also a connector: confident working with trainers, HR, brand teams, compliance partners, events colleagues, and external vendors. You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and bring calm, clarity, and confidence to every interaction.
You’re tech‑savvy and adaptable, the kind of person who becomes the go‑to expert on platforms and tools. You embrace change, improve processes as you go, and take pride in creating a smooth, supportive experience for every new employee.
You’re compliance‑aware, reliable, ethical, and meticulous — ensuring materials always meet CIQ/FCAP standards. Above all, you’re driven. You take ownership, deliver high‑quality work, and constantly look for ways to elevate onboarding, training, and operational excellence.
