What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Produce and service planned menus as allocated by Head chef
* Housekeeping and hygiene tasks as required by HACCAP food safety policy
* Ensure highest standards of customer service through training and support to the front of house team
* Completion of any food safety documentation as required
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar role
* An understanding of food safety standards (HACCAP)
* Flexible in your approach – there may be an opportunity for overtime!
* Excellent customer service skills
