This Role Is for You If You Have:
Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions, supported by a strong professional background in finance or business disciplines.
Strong expertise in business process mapping, modelling, and solution design, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
A background in client-facing roles within a Microsoft Gold Partner / leading consultancy, with deep knowledge of key Dynamics modules.
Experience delivering to mid-market organisations, running programmes between £5M-£10M
Confidence in leading teams, managing senior stakeholder expectations, and navigating complex project conversations.
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple programmes, deadlines, and workstreams with precision and efficiency.
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Providing expert leadership across workstreams including testing, training, data, reporting and business change management.
Deploying reusable assets, documenting solution options, and driving consistency and efficiency across delivery models.
Engaging strategically with Microsoft and supporting go-to-market initiatives, ensuring project solutions align with Dynamics 365 best practices.
Leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery capability.
Analysing business requirements, managing scope changes, and ensuring impacts on teams or technical solutions are effectively controlled.
