About Us
At Aico, were transforming the way people interact with their homes. Our mission is to create safer, healthier, and more sustainable homes by connecting devices, data, and people.
Were a values-driven organisation, committed to delivering measurable social and environmental impact for communities across the UK.
As we continue to scale rapidly, were looking for an Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our new Market & Product Insight team and help us bring HomeLINK products to market with clarity and impact.
The Role
The Associate Product Marketing Manager will coordinate how we launch and communicate HomeLINK products to customers, partners, and the wider market.
Youll keep track of whats launching, when, ensure messaging is clear and compelling, and support the teams who bring products to life, from sales enablement to campaign execution. This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role within our Market & Product Insight function, working closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
This is a new role within a new team. Youll have significant influence over working practices, launch processes, and documentation standards. But you wont be doing this alone – youll have the backing of an established marketing team with design support, content resources, and experienced colleagues. This combination of autonomy and support is rare at Associate level.
If youre early in your career with a strong interest in technology and smart homes, and youre curious about how products get to market, this role will give you that foundation.
