Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to incoming billing queries from customers via phone, email, or in person. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate solutions. Process billing adjustments, credits, and refunds where required. Maintain accurate and comprehensive billing records in internal systems. Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve more complex billing issues. Generate and analyse billing reports to identify trends or recurring issues. Support the development and refinement of billing policies and procedures. Deliver professional and empathetic customer service at all times.
