Job Title: Deputy Manager (Room Based)
Qualifications Required: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare, previous management experience required (At least 18 months)
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a dedicated team
* Provide support and guidance to staff members
* Assume leadership in the absence of the manager
* Be a positive role model for children and staff
* Foster an enriching environment for children within the nursery
Working Hours: 07:00 am - 18:00 pm, with variable hours between these times, totaling 43.75 hours per week. 4 long days will be considered.

* Proven experience in managing a nursery or similar childcare setting.
