As a
Technical
Sales Advisor
based in our
Glasgow
branch, you’ll be responsible for:
Manage trade counter sales, handling complex technical queries and providing solutions, including sourcing, quoting, and managing special orders
Deal with customers’ requirements and ensure associated administrative processes are completed
Conduct proactive, outbound sales calls and follow-ups to increase revenue and build the customer base
Providing expert advice to customers on technical specifications, features, and benefits of products
General warehouse duties
Keep up to date with technical product information and latest products to ensure we can offer a value engineered solution
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills for dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Plumbing and heating knowledge is desirable
Ability to resolve complex technical issues and handle challenging customer queries
A full UK manual driving licence is advantageous but not essential
