Hours: 40hrs inclusive of Weekend working on rotation
Pay: £38,000 - £38,500
Performance related Annual Bonus.

Role Responsibilities
* As DM you are responsible for the Health & Safety of the centre.
* As DM you are responsible for the operational standards of the centre.
* As DM you are responsible for the presentation of the centre and staff within and develop through training.
* As DM you must liaise between departments, as necessary.
* As DM you are also responsible for Security, Cleaning, Guest Experience, Carparks and staff within.
* As DM you are responsible for BOH areas.
* BOH including corridors and BP demises.
* Car Park patrols and all areas including Fire exits.
* Monitor and manage staff absence in consultation with Soft Service Manager.
* To support the Soft Service Manager, in providing, improving and cascading the Share your Thoughts and Mystery Guest data.
Duty manager site tours are to be conducted periodically through the day checking the following: Staffing Levels | Standards of Uniform - to include name badges, evac plans, PPE and correct uniform | Cleanliness of the Centre, including toilets and service Yards | Engage with brand partner manager or points of contacts for any events happening.
What we're looking for
* Previous Duty Management experience in soft services
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Office.
* IOSH Health & Safety qualification desirable.
* You must hold an SIA Security licence and be willing to support at any time.
