About the role As a NDC Operative, who is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations while meeting operational KPIs.
00pm Monday to Friday.
Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
AM shift = 7.PM shift = 1.Proactively contact identified customer contacts by phone to inform them of service retirements and discuss their account implications.
Educate customers about their choices, including terminating their contract, transferring services to another provider, or exploring new options available through our sales team.
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English; Knowledge of SAP WM/EWM and MS Office applications.
Forklift license and IATA qualification (desirable).
This role provides a hybrid working access in Burgess Hill (5 days in office)
