Hours: 8am - 2pm OR 12pm - 6pm
Salary: 25, per annum (£16.03 per hour)

Intro
Our client in the Logistics sector is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Established in, they look after the movement of vehicles for a range of customers. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for their next role with more of a work life balance. Whilst customer service experience is desirable, it is not essential and applications from all backgrounds will be considered.
The Role
We're looking for a Customer Service representative to oversee and manage the customer experience to ensure that the business continues to provide the best for it's customers.
Our customer service team are sometimes the only impression that an end user has of a vehicle provider and that positive representation is a key element of our service provision.
No two days are the same and the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst working closely with other departments to ensure we deliver our customer promises.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing customer relationships
2. Responding to all telephone and email queries
3. Working closely with internal departments
4. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
5. Informing customers of issues or delays
6. Inputting and ensuring accuracy on customers' orders
7. Problem solving whilst working to meet deadlines
8. Handling information and sensitive data
What We're Looking For
9. A good multitasker that shows attention to detail and the ability to retain information
10. Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to all queries in a timely manner via phone and email
11. The ability to engage with multiple departments and stakeholders in a confident and controlled manner
12. Proven track record of being a 'customer champion' and providing an excellent service from start to finish
13. Due to the rural location it is ESSENTIAL that the successful candidate has a driving licence
Nice to Have
14. Experience within the automotive sector particularly from a car rental background is desirable but not essential
15. A pleasant telephone manner and strong attention to detail will be essential in the position
16. A good level of competence in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel) is also required
