We are currently working with a well-established, progressive seafood restaurant known for exceptional produce, high standards, and a supportive team environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie ready to step up and grow within a respected business.
You will take ownership of your section, deliver consistent, high-quality dishes while work closely with the senior kitchen team. This role suits someone who thrives in a busy service, takes pride in their craft, and enjoys being part of a collaborative brigade.
* Running your section efficiently during service
* Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Maintaining excellent hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
* Supporting junior chefs and working as part of a team
* Contributing ideas to menu development and kitchen improvements
