The Role
This newly created role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a complex, high-profile environment and take ownership of the Group's corporate tax agenda. You will be responsible for forecasting, compliance, reporting and advisory matters, while also partnering with senior stakeholders to provide clear, commercial tax advice that supports business decisions. The position also offers exposure to major projects across UK operations, acquisitions, and ongoing investment activity - giving you a real platform to influence and add value.
The Candidate
This is a great move for someone currently in-house looking to step up, or for practice-trained professionals ready to make their first move into industry. You will ideally be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified with strong technical expertise in corporate tax compliance and reporting, but equally important will be your commercial mindset and ability to translate complex tax matters into pragmatic business solutions. A proactive approach, strong stakeholder skills, and the appetite to grow and take on new challenges will be key to thriving in this role.
