The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, youll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre candidates into exciting, high-growth organisations. Youll manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from developing client relationships to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates
* Develop a strong understanding of the tech markets you recruit into
* Proactively source and qualify candidates through various channels
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
* Work towards and exceed personal and team targets
