As such, teamwork, creativity, reliability and integrity are components of a work ethic taken very seriously since the company was founded in 1959.Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a MiFID Transaction Reporting Analyst to be based within the London office.Main responsibilities within the MiFID Transaction Reporting Analyst position include:Oversight and assistance of BAU processes and controls across RTS22 transaction reporting, RTS2 transparency reporting and RTS23 instrument reporting.Assist with queries from internal and external stakeholdersEscalation and documentation of issues and enhancementsManaging the book of work including completion and documentation of UAT for MiFID II changeReview and assessing results of quality assurance processManage back reporting projects through to completionAssist with horizon scanning and interpretation of new regulationKey skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:Minimum 4 years MiFID experience.Demonstrates an excellent understanding of MiFID regulatory reporting requirementsUnderstand new FCA and ESMA MiFID regulatory policy statements and timelines for implementationProactive individual with strong analytical skillsGood technical understanding Product knowledge across equities, bonds & derivativesProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPointKnowledge of MarketAxess (TRAX) and SQL would be beneficialTradition do not accept agency CV’s.
