Our client is a respected and values-driven housing organisation, providing a wide range of housing and community services across the UK. With a strong reputation for supporting tenants and delivering sustainable housing solutions, they are now looking for an interim finance professional to support their housing operations through a period of transformation and change.
Job Description
3. Take ownership of housing budgets, delivering accurate monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
4. Lead on housing financial reporting, providing clear insights for senior stakeholders.
5. Manage month-end and year-end processes, ensuring compliance with statutory and organisational deadlines.
6. Develop and maintain robust financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting timetables.
7. Support regulatory reporting requirements, including returns to the Regulator for Social Housing.
8. Review and improve financial processes to strengthen efficiency and control.
9. Partner with senior leaders to support strategic planning and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
10. Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
11. Strong technical accounting knowledge with demonstrable housing or social housing finance experience.
12. Proven ability to produce high-quality reporting and financial analysis.
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and support non-finance stakeholders.
14. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

16. £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
