The successful candidate will play a key role within the commercial team, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, site teams, and senior management to ensure projects are delivered profitably and efficiently.

The Role:
1. Managing commercial aspects of refurbishment, maintenance, and new-build construction projects
2. Producing CVRs, forecasts, valuations, and cost reports
3. Working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
4. Hybrid working split between office, site, and home
The Person:
5. Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to progress into a senior role
6. Experience within construction, refurbishment, maintenance, commercial, or new-build projects
7. Strong cost control, forecasting, commercial management skills, and communication
8. Full UK Driving Licence
