The Role
You will work closely with the existing sales portfolio and will be involved in: Conducting valuations and winning new instructions
Managing viewings and progressing sales
Growing the branchs market presence
Delivering exceptional customer service
About You
Were looking for someone who is: An experienced estate agency professional currently a Senior Negotiator, Valuer, or Sales Manager
A proven business winner with a strong track record in sales and instructions
Highly professional, personable, organised and proactive
Driven, loyal and motivated to build long-term success
Able to hit the ground running and perform as a strong all rounder
Lettings experience would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
Basic salary: £26,000£30,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £29,000 for Senior Neg level, up to £40,000+ for an experienced Sales Manager
