About Our School
Keston is a two-form entry school which is part of PACE Academy Trust.Keston is a flourishing primary school with a nursery and wraparound care in Old Coulsdon, in the south of the London Borough of Croydon. Children at Keston enjoy a rich and wide-ranging educational experience including lots of outdoor learning time in the extensive grounds which include a pond, orchard, outdoor classroom and all-weather track as well as an indoor swimming pool. Our school parental community is supportive and involved, engaging in both school and PTA led events enthusiastically.

About the role
Keston Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated leader to take up the position of Headteacher from Summer Term 2026. We are ambitious about giving our children the strongest foundations we can and are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire children and who has a strong and unwavering commitment to equity and inclusive practice, placing children at the heart of every decision. We are seeking someone who is self-aware and will lead with integrity, courage and compassion in this complex and ever-changing world we live in.
As one of four schools in our trust, you will be part of a supportive network of peers who work collaboratively on many aspects of school life. Each of our schools is unique and has, for example, the freedom to adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of their school community. We will offer you coaching and support in this role.
