Connect Appointments is recruiting an Administrator to join an established business based in Grangemouth on a temporary ongoing basis - covering a period of sick leave.
Our client operates a busy office environment, requiring an experienced administrator with a working knowledge of Xero accounting software to support the team on a day-to-day basis.
What's on offer?
* Ongoing temporary position
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm
* 14.00 per hour, paid weekly
As an Administrator, your duties will include:
* Providing general administrative support across the business on a day-to-day basis
* Processing invoices, purchase orders and financial documents accurately
* Managing accounts payable and receivable using Xero accounting software
* Reconciling financial records and maintaining up-to-date documentation
* Handling emails, queries and correspondence professionally and efficiently
* Maintaining accurate filing systems and supporting the wider office team as required
To be considered as an Administrator, you will need:
* Previous experience in a busy administrative environment
* A working knowledge of Xero accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial documentation
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload independently
