Axcis Education is working with a fantastic independent special school who are seeking a full-time Trauma Learning Coach to join their dedicated team. This school caters for students aged 8–16 with SEMH, ADHD and complex needs. With a recent site expansion, the school offers excellent facilities and a nurturing environment where students can thrive. Their curriculum is broad, creative, and designed to ignite passions and build confidence, helping young people prepare for adulthood and future employment.
Responsibilities
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Using trauma-informed approaches to help learners overcome barriers
* Promoting engagement, emotional resilience, and positive behaviour
* Working closely with staff to create a supportive learning environment
What we’re looking for
* Experience supporting young people with SEMH, ADHD, or other SEND needs
* Resilient, compassionate and patient individuals
* A driver with access to a car (ideal but not essential)

Axcis Education is an employment agency offering temporary supply work for daily, short-term and long-term assignments in addition to permanent positions. Salary / Pay Rate will be dependent on your skills and experience.
