The Role:Provide efficient and exceptional customer service at all timesSupport customer repair orders from the point of receipt to despatch then invoicingProactively manage the order bookBuild and develop strong customer relationshipsBe compliant with metrics and KPI\\\'sYou:An Account Manager or similar Customer Service role within a manufacturing/ production/ engineering business.
