Role: Divisional Stock & Sales Administrator Manager
Location: Marshall Audi - Newbury site
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
Salary: Competitive basic salary

The role
The Divisional Stock and Sales Administration Manager oversees the administrative aspects of sales and vehicle inventory within a specific division of the Company. This role involves managing sales data, stock levels, and administrative processes to ensure smooth sales operations and efficient vehicle inventory management; allowing for sound commercial activity and positive customer outcomes.
This role will require a hands-on approach and interaction at all levels of the business – from the sales floor to senior divisional / Company leadership.
Who you are
Must have extensive experience in motor trade retail systems & sales administration,
including:
- Keyloop Sales Administration experience (Rev 8 & Drive) – invoicing deals and the administration of these deals electronically.
- VWG systems experience (SLI/VMS Processing/ELSA)
- Experience using HPI/CAP websites
- Experience with DVLA forms/processes/requirements
- Taxing new/used vehicles
- Experience in process improvement desirable
- Able to think laterally and provide robust solutions with competing priorities.
What you’ll do
- Managing and establishing a team of sales administrators in a centralised Admin Hub, providing hands on coaching experience.
· Ensuring effective processing of sales orders in line with internal/external policy/needs.
· Managing customer information – accurate recording of customer preferences/data.
· Tracking & reporting on stock levels; including effective inventory management – funding, depreciation, costs in progress etc.
· Collaborate with other departments like sales, head office and finance/accounting
· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the business – including senior leadership.
· Ensure/demonstrate/lead in proficiency in Keyloop sales administration software and systems (Rev 8 & Drive).
· Knowledge of electronic / remote administration – electronic deal file platforms.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
