Customer Service Representative - UK - Bilingual - Dutch AND English
Fixed-term Contract - 12 - months (with potential option to go perm)
Work from Home (1 day a month in modern office in Cambridgeshire)
Job description
Work for a unique company in a kind and friendly team. Customer Care Representatives provide 1st class customer service to Dutch customers by building relationships, resolving queries on a wide variety of complex topics and processing orders and changes. Customer Care is the first contact point for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer Dutch speaking customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email management software.
* Process customer orders using in-house system software.
* Make outgoing phone calls to customers where appropriate in order to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
* Develop relationships where possible, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Key Attributes:
* Must be fluent in both oral and written English and Dutch
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
* Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Must have a UK visa
Hours and Days:
2x - week rotation:
o Week 1: Monday to Friday - 07:00 to 15:15
o Week 2: Monday to Friday - 09:45 to 18:00
This is a WFH role with typically a 1 day per month visit to HQ - a modern integrated office in Cambridgeshire, so you can collaborate with colleagues. You must therefore live within a reasonable commuting distance - ie 100 miles aprox.

Experience:
* Customer service/sales/ administration or similar customer facing corporate experience: 1 year (preferred)
* Dutch and English Language skills at a Native or C1 level
