An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced System Change Lead welcoming team.
The System Change Lead Role:
Through effective system leadership, the post-holder will be responsible for programme managing the development of the department. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Integrated Commissioning, the post-holder will ensure that the collaborative arrangement is fit-for-purpose in delivering on the organisation’s ambitions to ensure every child has the best start in life, through whole-system
The collaborative will bring together commissioners, providers and wider stakeholders in a new and innovative way to facilitate improved integration of proactive and person-centred health and wellbeing support to children, young people and their families.
The post holder will play a critical role in facilitating effective system collaboration in the co-design and co-production of the collaborative, ensuring the collaborative arrangement is built on strong and trusting relationships and adds new value to children’s provision within the local ares.
Through strong collaborative leadership, the post-holder will effectively engage with colleagues, peers, stakeholders and decision-makers, to facilitate the creation of robust governance arrangements that enables innovation and flexibility, whilst protecting the interests of stakeholders and effectively managing risk.
Working closely with commissioners of health and care services, the post holder will promote a strong learning culture across partners, supporting a growth-mindset that seeks to continually improve services in a way that better meets the needs of children, young people and their families.
The post-holder will manage a dedicated budget to support the development of key areas of innovation and change, ensuring effective budget management and reporting at all times, and seeking appropriate external investment opportunities (as appropriate) to support sustainable system change.
Working closely with the Assistant Director for Integrated Commissioning, alongside senior clinical and care professionals, the post-holder will ensure that the collaborative promotes safe, ethical and cost-effective ways of working, that are compliant with clinical standards and legislative and regulatory frameworks for effective health and care provision.
The System Change Lead Need:
-Previous experence in a System Chage positions
- Post graduate level qualification or equivalent experience in public health, health or care.
- Minimum 2 years experience working at a senior level in leading relevant areas of public health, health and/or care across service and/or organisational boundaries
- Standard DBS
