You will provide expert employment advice to employees, employers, executives, SMEs and trade unions on a wide range of issues, including:
* Settlement agreements
* Redundancy and restructures
* Unfair dismissal
* Discrimination
* Disciplinary procedures and grievances
* Handling cases that may progress to Employment Tribunals

What experience are we looking for?
* 5 years+ theoretical or practical experience (PQE 5 yrs) – open to Associates, Senior Associates, Directors, and Partners
* Experience in contentious or mixed contentious/non‑contentious employment work
* Confident, motivated solicitors who enjoy autonomy and challenging matters
* UK‑based, able to work fully remotely
Salary & Potential
* £60,000 base
* Uncapped bonuses linked to billables
* Flexible working – choose 3, 4 or 5 days
* Realistic OTE: £70k+ (Year 1), £82k+ (Year 2) full‑time equivalent
* Many solicitors at this firm are achieving £90k+
